Our client, part of a Group with a turnover of several billions, is an industrial manufacturing multinational company, among the global leaders in its reference sector. In order to support the growth of the HR department, we have been entrusted with the search for a Senior HR Business Partner.

Reporting directly to the CEO and dotted to HR EMEA Director, the person will be part of the regional EMEA HR team and will be in charge of the people strategy for the business unit in compliance with corporate requirements, policies and procedures.

Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo
The ideal candidate has a Master degree level or equivalent and a solid HR partner experience of minimum 8-10 years’ in complex and international environments. He/she has excellent knowledge of Italian Labor Law, familiarity with HR Information Systems (preferably Workday) and computer skills, verbal and written fluency in English and Italian (French knowledge will be a plus). Good level of autonomy and proactivity, relational and communicative skills, results orientation and strategic thinking complete the profile.
