Our client is a foreign company operating in the Insurtech business who offers protection by combining cybersecurity services with insurance coverage. They are looking to expand their business in Italy and are searching for their Italian Head of Sales.

Your new roleThe person we are looking for will lead the commercial development of the company in Italy, develop and implement the sales strategy in line with the company growth, objectives, and define the OKRs with the CODIR, follow and analyse the commercial performances to ensure the objectives are met and contribute to the go-to-market strategy and the development of new products / services in Italy.
Moreover, the person will be responsible of securing partnerships with top brokers in cyber insurance in Italy as well as define and implement a business development strategy as well as implementing and optimising efficient and scalable sales processes.
What you will need to succeed- Graduate from a top-tier school or university;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance companies in a sales position;
- Fluency in English and Italian;
- The knowledge of French will be considered a plus;
- Previous experience in cyber is appreciated;
- Willingness to travel frequently for business.
